OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fit With Clint
Duncan website located at FitWithClintDuncan.com and any
coaching services provided by Clint Duncan, operating as Fit With
Clint Duncan. By accessing this website or purchasing coaching
services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or
purchase services.
1. COACHING SERVICES
Fit With Clint Duncan offers 1-on-1 online personal training and
coaching services. All coaching is conducted remotely. Services
include customized workout programming, nutrition guidance,
accountability check-ins, and progress tracking as described on
the website.
Coaching is provided on a month-to-month basis at the rate of
$349 per month. There are no long-term contracts. Either party
may cancel at any time.
Services begin upon receipt of payment and completion of your
client intake form. Clint Duncan reserves the right to decline to
provide services to any applicant at his sole discretion.
2. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Coaching fees are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of
each billing period. Accepted payment methods are listed at the
time of purchase.
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time by
contacting Clint directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the
current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days
within a billing cycle.
If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, coaching
services may be paused until payment is received.
3. RESULTS AND NO GUARANTEE
Fitness results vary by individual based on factors including but not
limited to genetics, existing fitness level, adherence to the
program, nutrition habits, sleep, stress, and other lifestyle factors.
Fit With Clint Duncan makes no guarantee of specific fitness
outcomes, weight loss results, or body composition changes.
Testimonials and before-and-after examples shown on this website
represent the experiences of individual clients and are not a
guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
4. HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The workout programs, nutrition guidance, and content provided by
Fit With Clint Duncan are for educational and informational
purposes only. They are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis,
or treatment.
Before beginning any new exercise program or making changes to
your diet, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider —
particularly if you have a known health condition, injury, or physical
limitation. By participating in coaching services or applying any
content from this website, you acknowledge and accept full
responsibility for your own health and safety.
5. FREE BOOK AND DIGITAL CONTENT
The free downloadable book "Nothing Fancy Just Results" and any
other digital content provided on this website is offered for
personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce,
distribute, resell, or republish any content from this website or the
book without written permission from Clint Duncan.
By downloading the free book or submitting your email address on
this website, you agree to receive emails from Fit With Clint
Duncan. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the
bottom of any email.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on FitWithClintDuncan.com — including text, images,
workout programs, the Nothing Fancy Just Results book, and the
Fit With Clint brand — is the intellectual property of Clint Duncan
and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit With Clint Duncan shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising from your use of this website or coaching
services, including but not limited to injury, illness, financial loss, or
failure to achieve desired fitness results.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with coaching services is
cancellation of your subscription.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Fit With Clint Duncan reserves the right to update these Terms of
Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a
revised date. Continued use of this website or coaching services
after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated
terms.
