How does online personal training work?
Initial Consultation

A free deep dive into your goals, challenges and commitment level. Clint will lead use this call to begin planning your individually customized training and nutrition plan.

Get Moving
​
You'll receive your personalized training and nutrition plan delivered via a free app so you can get to work.

Get Coached
​
You'll receive my undivided attention throughout your training plan. Receiving feedback, tips, form and technique guidance, motivation and accountability.
How is online personal training different from in-person training?
Online personal training shares many similarities with traditional Personal Training. First and foremost, you'll collaborate with a professional who understands your specific needs and provides tailored guidance. As your coach, I prioritize teaching you essential knowledge while ensuring you have an effective workout.

Engaging in Online PT also demands accountability from you, which is a vital life skill. You'll be completing workouts on your own and gaining insights about yourself throughout the journey.

With online PT, you have the opportunity to ask questions as they come up, and you'll receive comprehensive feedback on every task you complete.
Do I need to have access to a gym?
Not at all! Some of my early progress in my own fitness journey came without access to a gym. You can train at home, outdoors or at a gym. Some equipment is helpful but not a requirement.

If you want to purchase equipment I can make some recommendations on what would best fit your current needs.
What's the contract?
My online training is by the month. There is no long term contract. When you choose to work with me i'll set you up on a recurring monthly subscription that you can cancel at anytime. ​

Most of my clients see great results in as little as 3 months and choose to continue online personal training with me as goals change and new standards are met.
Help me understand online training better.
Online PT is pretty straightforward. Rather than going it alone you'll be given a step by step plan on how to eat, exercise and recover so you can become the best version of yourself. I take the guess work out for you. All you have to do is commit to following the instructions.
What if I don't think I really need an Online Personal Trainer?
Then why are your reading this? But seriously, how many times are you going to start a diet on Monday? How many more restrictive diets are you going to try? Why hasn't anything else made a lasting impact on your goals?

Will I have to eat chicken and broccoli at every meal?
Probably not. I meet you where you're at and believe in eating a variety of different meals. I'll teach you that dieting and exercise can taste good and be fun all while accomplishing your goals.

Sure, if you're goal is to compete in bodybuilding or you have a definitive weight loss goal in a certain time frame we will have to be selective in our course of action.
